Our appartments are situated close to the   Fondamenta delle Pescherie, one of the   the residental parts of Dorsoduro district where you can steel enjoy the quiet  Venetian atmosphere without  turists.

They are situated only 100 m  from the Hotel Tiziano. The guests can use all the servicies and the facilities of the hotel: wi-fi internet connection , bar service, 24hour reception.

The apartments have the advantage of being  reachable  in 3 minutes walking  from  vaporetto stop San Basilio , about 12 minutes  from the bus station Piazzale Roma or 15 minutes from  the train station Santa Lucia.

They are ideal for families, artists or intellectuals who love peace and quiet of home without sacrificing the convenience of a hotel.

Check-in

You can access the apartments from 14.30, arrivals after 23.00 pm should be communicated.
The check-in takes place at the Hotel Tiziano. Upon check-in will be charged the full amount of reservation and is not refundable.

Check-out

You must leave the apartments by 11.00.You can still leave your luggage out in a nearby hotel

Early departure

In case of early departure we will charge for the full period remained vacant.

Deposit

Upon check-in will be required a deposit of 100.00 € to cover any damage or deficits found in the house after your departure. The deposit will be retained by credit card (requiring permission to arrival) or by cash. The deposit will be refunded on departure less any damage caused to the any additional costs not included in the rental price and after the guest handed the key to the Hotel Tiziano.
