Church of San Nicolò dei Mendicoli - Zattere - Madonna della Salute - AccademiaAround the Hotel Tiziano is a true wonder. You can visit the church of San Nicolo dei Mendicoli situated about 100 meters from the hotel. Then you can continue your walk along the Zattere. Do not miss nearby, the splendid Squero di San Trovaso, one of the last yards of gondolas still active in the city. The Zattere have a very long walk up to the tip of the Church of the Madonna della Salute. Once there, you have an excellent opportunity to visit the church and see the San Marco from a unique perspective. On your way back to the hotel, we suggest you to walk from the Church of the Madonna della Salute through the bussy narrow streets towards Accademia. Along the way is the main entrance to the Peggy Guggenheim Collection. Arrived at Accademy, turn left towards Campo San Barnaba. Here you can choose to continue in the direction of Campo Santa Margherita and Campo dei Carmini, or take the long Calle San Barnaba (on the left from the Campo San Barnaba) which goes to the Churches of San Sebastiano and the Aangelo Raffaele. Once there, you will find quick the hotel. Day 2 Panoramic tour of the city Church of Frari and Scuola Grande San RoccoThey are located just a few minutes from the Hotel Tiziano. Arrived in Campo Santa Margherita, continue northwards in the direction of Campo San Pantalon. From Campo San Pantalon, take the right and follow Calle San Pantalon. At the end, turn right and then immediately left. After a sottoportico crossed a bridge and you will come in campiello San Rocco. Another sottoportico will take you to Campo San Rocco. On the left you will find the church and the Scuola Grande di San Rocco, which houses the famous paintings of Titoretto. In front of you, you will see splendid apse of the church of Frari. Campo San Tomà - Campo San Polo - RialtoFrom Campo dei Frari continue in the direction of Rialto. On your way to Rialto, you will see Campo San Tomà, with its beautiful Scuoletta of Calegheri, and the giant Campo San Polo. Beetwen Campo San Tomà and Campo San Polo is the museum house of Carlo Goldoni (San Polo 2794 - 30125 Venice). Infomation After Campo San Polo continue in the direction of the Rialto market, where you can stop to eat in one of the clubs in erbaria, former home of the wholesale market. Nearby you can see the Rialto Bridge, leading to Campo San Bartolomeo, a crossroads of the city. San Marco - Accademia - Campo Santa MargheritaFrom Campo San Bartolomeo turn right into calle dei Bombaseri, then left along the Mercerie. You arrive in Piazza San Marco, passing under the Clock Tower. In front of you, you will see the piazzetta dei leoncini and the Basilica of San Marco on the left, the basin of San Marco and the bell tower in front, and the square that opens on the right. Continuing to the Procuratie Nuove (in the opposite direction to the church) is starting the way back through Campo San Moisé , with its splendid Baroque church, on Via XXII Marzo, Santa Maria del Giglio, Campo San Maurizio.
When you arrive in Campo Santo Stefano, we suggest you take a look at campiello Pisani, home of the Conservatory Benedetto Marcello, which is located to the right of the Campo Santo Stefano, in the direction of Academy. Secluded and harvest, is a real jewel. From Campo Santo Stefano reach the Accademia bridge. From the bridge you can admire the splendid panorama over the Grand Canal, with the Chiesa della Madonna della Salute on the right and the basin of San Marco in front. Go over the bridge, turn on the right and continue in the direction of Campo San Barnaba. You can visit Ca' Rezzonico, seat of the Museo del Settecento Veneziano is less than a minute from San Barnaba (on right from the church of San Barnaba). Left the Saint Barnabas behind you, pass Pugni bridge, and you will arrive in Campo Santa Margherita, where you can relax and sip an aperitif in one of the most poplar quarters.
